New Home Design

LDC had the pleasure of designing this floor plan and then moving on to developing the interior and exterior design.  This Belgian Farmhouse style home was meant to feel casual, elegant and timeless, with a small nod to a more European take on farmhouse.  Layers of soft neutrals, natural wood tones, and hits of black to ground the space.  The glass fronted cabinets in the home, beams and arched doorways all lend to the details that make this home special.
